Business vX ERP system
INtex Business vX is the solution to all your business and bureau needs: Invoicing made easy, but yet powerful and professional. Your daily work is done in the following modules of Business vX: Module Partners In this module you save and edit all the address and contact data of your customers, vendors, employees and of people who are only interested in your offerings. Together with the pure address data you can save photos, email-adresses, Skype-numbers, websites, mobile phone numbers, birthdays and much more. This data is the basis for doing the correspondence and all invoicing.
Module Prices In this module you store the data of your goods, products and services together with prices, discounts, taxes, vendor data, websites, product datasheets and so on. You can also organize your stock here. The data is used for invoicing.
Module Contacts In this module you can write letters, faxes, emails, pin down notes after visits or telephone calls. Everything is saved in a history. The addresses of the partner module are used for addressing of course. Furthermore you can print address labels, write form letters and send mass-email.
Module Transactions This module may be the most important in Business vX. Here you use the address data from the Partners module and the pricing data from the Products module to generate offers, confirmations and invoices. Allthough you use already existing data, you are very flexible in price finding by using discounts, target prices or even surcharges for every item. Only one click and you have a printed invoice or a PDF version.
Module Reports Of course no business can exist without analysing the sales data. This is done in the Analysis module. Ask Business vX how many products you sold from model A, how much turnover you made with customer B or how successful the 3rd quarter of this year was for your business. And if that isn´t enough, you can export the data to Excel or your bookkeeping program.
Individualization Your invoices should fit to your corporate identity - no doubt. Therefore you can adjust many texts, logos and formatting of invoices and other standard printouts in the Preferences-Module. All layouts can be completeley changed with a FileMaker 7 or 8 full version or a demo of these. This way you can use every font you like, position everything where you want it, create new printouts, screen layouts or even reports, labels, table views and more. Still not enough possibilities for individualization ? Then ask for buying an Open source license of our Business vX. Then you can even define new tables, database fields, formulas, scripts and functions for your personal needs. |
