and much more. Contact vX is fully compatible with our Business vX and of course Microsoft Office. Module Partners In this module you save and edit all the address and contact data of your customers, vendors, employees and of people who are only interested in your offerings. Together with the pure address data you can save photos, email-adresses, Skype-numbers, websites, mobile phone numbers, birthdays and much more. This data is the basis for doing the correspondence. 
Module Contacts In this module you can write letters, faxes, emails, pin down notes after visits or telephone calls. Everything is saved in a history. The addresses of the partner module are used for addressing of course. Furthermore you can print address labels, write form letters and send mass-email. 
Individualization Your correspondence should fit to your corporate identity - no doubt. Therefore you can adjust many texts, logos and formatting of letters and other standard printouts in the Preferences-Module. All layouts can be completeley changed with a FileMaker 7 or 8 full version or a demo of these. This way you can use every font you like, position everything where you want it, create new printouts, screen layouts or even reports, labels, table views and more. Still not enough possibilities for individualization ? Then ask for buying an Open source license of our Contact vX. Then you can even define new tables, database fields, formulas, scripts and functions for your personal needs. 
Compatibility and Integration INtex Contact vX is fully FileMaker 7 and 8/8.5 compatible and runs on Mac OS X 10.3.9 or higher. A tight integration with MS Office, Safari and all the iApps like Address book, Calculator, iCal and Stickes is implemented. |
