Terms

• After receipt of your order, we will post the goods available on stock on the following workday. So, as a rule, delivery will take place within five days.
• You will receive the goods via post.
• For packaging and postage, we charge a flat rate of 9 to 11 Euros.
• In case of delivery in several rates, postage and packaging will only once be paid by the customer. The costs for the other rates will be taken over by INtex Publishing GmbH.
• The right of exchange is due to the legal definitions of the Civil Code of the Federal Republic of Germany.
• There is no right of exchange for reason of non pleasure. As well, software already being opened cannot be exchanged.
• Should goods result to be damaged or defective, they will be exchanged without any extra costs charged. Free exchange is excluded, however, if the supposed fault turns out to be the result of improper use.
• Delivery will take place after payment in advance (cheque or cash), credit card (American Express, VISA, Master-/Eurocard) or COD parcel (exclusive for the Federal Republic of Germany).
• In case of reclamations or claims, please contact INtex Publishing GmbH, Jakobstraße 9, 53783 Eitorf, Germany.
• Court of jurisdiction is the current headquarters of the publisher INtex Publishing GmbH.
